It was a beautiful day, near 80 degrees with a warm breeze. Definitely "top down" for 6 T-type M.G.'s and an M-Type. We all met at the new McDonald's in Oakbrook and caravan toward Dundee, through Oakbrook, Wayne, Barrington and points in-between. All the cars performed admirably ... a tribute to the caring owners. Along the way, we had a course in real estate 101. The house prices started at $675,000 and went to $5 million. It was like being on the "Yellow Brick Road" to Oz. The scenery was fantastic and we had about 2 hours on the road. At the Milk Pail, we were treated to a great brunch with a Dixieland band that entertained us. All said, it was a wonderful outing. Thanks to Leslie and Don Gottlinger for hosting this event.

P.S. It was nice to see the M.G.'s outnumbered the G.M.'s.
